Agility - Introductory

Dogs will be introduced to all equipment during this session, including contacts, weaves, and jumps.

Obstacles and skills taught 

Tunnels
Contact obstacles (A-frame, dog walk, teeter)
Jumps

Tire
Weave poles
Sending dog out to an obstacle
Target training

Prerequisites

Dogs must be at least one year old and in good physical condition. Dogs may not be aggressive towards people or towards other dogs. Dogs must have also completed a basic obedience class or equivalent training and possess a reliable recall. The aforementioned will be evaluated at a test-in, prior to class beginning.
